Thanks and yes, due to my Mr Heater Little Buddy connected to a 20# propane tank! Between that and some heat gain from the sun during the day, I have no reason to complain – especially since it will get back into the 70’s starting tomorrow! By the way, I don’t think I’m qualified to lecture anyone on what makes for good life choices except by negative example (“don’t do what I did”), though a little good-natured ridicule is always fun. Live, and learn.

We are in the same place this year….Yuma Foothills.
We have located a 4 acre lot in Bouse.
Should be closing the deal in January……then the fun of sewer, power and water begins.
